Ways to Increase Your Memory Power

Memory Power differs from person to person and to have a better memory power always help us better in daily life. One of the reason for lower memory power is because we don't train our brain to memorize more. After all, to have a better memory ower helps us in a lot of ways. There are different ways by which we can increase our memory power.

Sleep: Let's start fromthe basics. Sleeping well is essential for  good memory power and for the overall function of the brain. Adults must sleep for atleast for 6-8 hrs and children must sleep or 8-9hrs daily.

Eating: Eating Dark chocolate and drinking coffee/ tea will help you in increasing memory power because caffeine helps in boosting memory by keeping us more alert and helps absorb more information. it also els in repairing damaged cells in brain by providing more antioxidants. Dark chocolate contains some chemical compounds known as procyanidins that slows down the oxidation process. This can help in preventing the aging of the brain. Blood Circulation can also be improved by procyanidins so that more oxidents can reach brain.

Exercise: Exercising can improve blood flow to the brain and hence helps in increasing memory power.  Aerobic exercises are also good for brain. You can keep apart atleast 30 mins of your daily life for exercising so that you can have a better life because it not only helps brain but also helps whole body as such to keep fit.

Attitude and organizing: Keep your life organized like for example keeping things at the same place rather than searching for it every time. Also keep yourself motivated and have a positive attitude. This will help in reducing stress and keeping the brain healthy.

Eye strategy: Moving your eyes side to side for 30 seconds every morning can improve memory by ten percent. How? It gets the two sides of the brain working in harmony.
